Jennifer Billings (CPT)
is a certified fitness professional dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. She incorporates traditional weight lifting with BOSU balance training, TRX® Suspension training, and plyometrics. She believes that a workout today will make you a better person than you were yesterday. That staying fit is the key to a long and healthy life.
I am committed to YOUR RESULTS. I feel that it is important to find a form of exercise that you enjoy and then stick to an exercise program that works for you. It will take commitment and hard work to achieve the results you want, but there are so many benefits to being physically fit that it is well worth your effort.
So whether you want to lose weight, get fit, or you are an athlete ready to take it to the next level, I am here to help YOU achieve YOUR GOALS.
I have been training for over 20 years and have a passion for fitness and overall wellness. I love helping people discover that being healthy is not as difficult as they may think it is. "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" and I truly love what I do.
I am a certified fitness professional with a certification in TRX® Suspension Training (total resistance exercise). Some days we'll train in the gym and others we'll take it outside. Fitness is FUN! I am here to provide you with all of your fitness needs.
